Acrobatiq Server Maintenance

Acrobatiq will perform scheduled maintenance on December 28th and January 3rd from 7 to 10 a.m. EST. 
You may see this message when accessing Acrobatiq: 

 

 

 

Access to your Acrobatiq courseware or Smart Author projects may be unavailable during these times. While we anticipate minimal or no downtime (less than 15 minutes or none at all) it is possible that Acrobatiq will be unreachable during these windows.

Content authoring and maintenance will not be affected by the system maintenance.

If you are unable to access Acrobatiq or encounter an error after these maintenance periods, try clearing your cache and restarting your browser.

Please address any questions regarding these maintenance periods to support@Acrobatiq.com or your Acrobatiq Engagement Manager. We will update this article with the status of the work once the system maintenance is complete.

 

Update: There were no outages or interruptions for users during the maintenance periods on 12/28 and 1/3.
