Blackboard Users Also Using Safari Browser

There is a potential issue when viewing Acrobatiq content via BlackBoard when using the Safari browser.

If you are experiencing this issue contact your LMS Admin with this information: 

The LTI launch may not work properly if the link is configured to open as embedded within BlackBoard. To resolve this issue the settings in Blackboard must be adjusted so that links will open in a new window.


To adjust the settings go to the "Edit Web Link" page in Blackboard settings: 

 

 

   

 

Select "Yes" in the Web Link Options section of this page:
